Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine in clinic can go back more than 2,000 years. Recently, Chinese Medicine is reported to regulate remolding of tumor microenvironment (TME). However, the definite mechanisms are still unclear. Increasing studies have indicated that tumor-associated fibroblasts (TAFs) are crucial player in the TME remolding through inducing transdifferentiation of stromal cells.
